My Proper HomeThese terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the My Proper Home mobile application and website (together, the "Services") provided by My Proper Home Limited (the "Company"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use the Services.
1. User obligations
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
1.2 You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and passwords associated with the Services.

2.2 User content. If you submit, upload, or share any content through the Services, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant My Proper Home Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
2.3 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal use, or — where you have a corresponding agent, landlord, or business account — for operating your business through the Services.
3. Privacy
3.1 Your privacy is important to us. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
3.2 By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the privacy policy.
4. Prohibited activities
4.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

- Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

9. Governing law
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
